* NB: A ceiling of $200.00 applies to Visitor Membership. Only available to visitors to the Fraser Coast.

This level of membership provides waterside assistance to visiting "boaties" who are visiting the Fraser Coast on a short term basis eg. holidays.

Non members who request assistance, and who do not purchase visitor cover, are required to reimburse (at twice the current bowser price) Marine Rescue Hervey Bay from the time that our rescue vessel departs our base until it returns. This can amount to a considerable unforseen cost.

Visitor (Associate) Membership coverage entitles the vessel, with the registration number entered below, to one tow / assist per paid period FREE* of charge (*up to the maximum value of $200.00) for assistance during the cover period by Marine Rescue Hervey Bay only. It is only valid during the period selected, must be purchased prior to a request for assistance and is not transferrable to any other vessel.
